“ I've been eyeing this new restaurant for awhile, so me and my boyfriend decided to try it. It was worth it! It was dead when we got there, but hey, we love a quiet restaurant sometimes. The place is a little bit small, but I love its interior. Me and my boyfriend both fell in love with their dish. We tried some of their features, like the Tuna Crudo and Pork Belly bao bun, and both were perfection! Their Rockefeller may be one of the best oysters that I've ever had. I had the catch of the day (salmon), and the taste was awesome. My boyfriend was curious about the Cajun dumplings, and boy, that dish didn't disappoint us. The drinks were fabulous as well! The food was a little bit pricey, but it was all worth it. We had a great experience, from service to food. Kudos to the owner and chef! A must-visit place indeed. Will definitely visit this place again. ”

“ Shout out to CRUDO Modern Raw Bar. It was our first time there and we were welcomed like we were long time patrons. The food was phenomenal; cocktails, oysters, sushi, caviar, tacos, octopus, wild boar, cheese cake and even a handwritten thankyou card....and every staff member was fantastic. We were greeted by name from the moment we walked in, table side conversation with the GM and owner, welcomed until the moment we walked out the door. The little touches perfectly executed, no question we’ll be back! ”

Sushi, tacos, cerviche, buns, LOBSTER ROLL (OMG) and fab beer and drinks. NADIA is the best server!! We felt so well fed and well served. ”

“ We stopped here for lunch on our drive down to Hilton Head. It is a higher end restaurant that I would typically eat up for dinner... but went on a vacation! Kudo was very good. The lobster roll was very goid. The lobster was poached in butter and cooked very well. If you aren't a fan of the Connecticut style roll this would not be for you. I love lobster any way you bring it to me, so I loved it. We also had the tuna nachos. There was a little seaweed salad surprise under each chip that complimented it well. We need lunch with their homemade butter pecan ice cream. I don't even like butter pecan ice cream, but I loved theirs. It was topped with candied pecans. The only thing I didn't like were the baos. The bun was dense and crumbly. It should be super light, pillowy and airy. The bao filling was good. The pork belly was cooked well. I would have liked a thicker piece of pork belly so it was closer to what I would typically get at a Japanese restaurant. The one thing I would add was I didn't expect this restaurant to be open for lunch. It was empty when we ate. Typically restaurants like this are open for dinner only. It's quite the investment for lunch, but very good if you don't mind the cost. Lastly, the cocktails were very good and original. I love a good craft cocktail and they delivered. I believe I tried two on the menu. I would definitely go back. ”

“ Stopped in for lunch and had an awesome meal at the bar! To start, Grant was great at explaining the menu and recommending a few things. The lobster roll was wonderful, stuffed with plenty of fresh buttery lobster. The kitchen split it for us so my picture is half of a portion. All the sushi was really innovative and interesting as well! The sushi chef has great talent at making sushi, each roll came out perfectly formed, and the flavor combinations were all fantastic. The Sunny Roll and the Hokkaido scallop rolls were particularly delicious. Definitely want to come try more! ”

“ Crudo is an absolute must go! From the moment we walked in, the service was outstanding. They are attentive, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. We started with the sushi nachos and the octopus. Both were fantastic and better than anywhere else I've had in town. The lobster rolls appetizer was fresh, buttery, and overflowing with lobster. Every sushi roll we tried was perfectly crafted and incredibly fresh. The drinks were equally impressive, crafted with care and balanced beautifully. And if you're there on a Tuesday, don't miss out on their half-off bottles of wine! Our server made us aware of it and it was such a great deal that made our night even better. Crudo nails it on every level: food, service, atmosphere, and drinks. A must-visit when you're in Bluffton! ”

“ Decided to try out this restaurant on one of the busiest days of the year- Valentine’s Day. We had a reservation, which made everything perfect and easy. We were promptly sat with our reservation, had a very friendly and polite server, and the environment was very welcoming and enjoyable. We tried a variety of food selections: local oysters, sushi nachos, pork belly kimbop, and lobster rolls. We were extremely happy with all of them! Highly recommend this restaurant and we will definitely be back. ”

The Cajun Rabbit was served piping hot and the Poke Bowl special was well balanced and delicious. It has a big city aesthetic with a southern heart.
